These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Gateway Into Day Trading LLC ("Gateway," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your use of gatewayintodaytrading.com, the members area at members.gatewayintodaytrading.com, and every product and service we offer, including The Course, Live Signals, the Private Discord community, 1-on-1 Mentorship, and any related content, emails, or text messages (together, the "Services").
Please read these Terms carefully. By creating an account, making a purchase, checking the box at checkout, or using the Services in any way, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy, and our Risk Disclosure. Section 20 contains a binding arbitration agreement and class action waiver that affect how disputes are resolved. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that trading education and related services are legal where you live. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you, including laws about trading specific financial products in your country or state.
2. What we provide
Gateway is a trading education business. Depending on what you purchase, the Services may include:
- The Course: pre-recorded video lessons and related materials, accessed through the members area.
- Live Signals: notifications describing trades the founder is taking or considering, which may include instrument, direction, entry, stop loss, take profit, and management updates.
- Private Discord: access to an online community with market commentary, chart markups, discussion, and live presence during certain market sessions.
- 1-on-1 Mentorship: personalized sessions and guidance, offered by application only.
We may add, change, pause, or remove features, lessons, channels, schedules, or content at any time to improve the Services. We will not materially reduce what you paid for during a period you have already paid for without offering a reasonable alternative or remedy.
3. Not financial advice
Everything we provide is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing in the Services is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, futures contract, CFD, currency, or other instrument, or a solicitation of any transaction.
- We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor, introducing broker, or financial planner, and we are not registered with the SEC, CFTC, NFA, FINRA, or any other regulator.
- Our content is general and impersonal. It does not consider your financial situation, goals, experience, or risk tolerance.
- Signals are not instructions to trade. They show what the founder is doing in his own accounts. Whether you place any trade, and how, is entirely your decision.
- You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, your broker or platform, your position sizing, and the results. You should consult a licensed professional before making financial decisions.

4. Results, testimonials and earnings
Screenshots, figures, and statements about profits shown on our website, social media, or inside the Services are the founder's personal results or, where stated, the results of individual members. They are not typical and are not a promise or guarantee of what you will earn. Many screenshots show open positions or single days and do not reflect overall account performance, losses on other days, fees, or taxes. Most people who attempt day trading lose money. Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your capital, discipline, experience, broker, and market conditions.
5. Your account
- After purchase, we create a members-area account using the email you provided at checkout and send you a login link. Keep your email account secure, because access to it gives access to your membership.
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Your membership is for you alone. You may not share, sell, rent, or transfer your login, Discord access, or signal access, or let anyone else use them. We may monitor for account sharing (for example, simultaneous logins from different locations) and may suspend or terminate shared accounts without a refund.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us right away at support@gatewayintodaytrading.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
6. Prices and payment
- Prices are listed on our website in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. Price changes do not affect purchases already completed. For subscriptions, we will give you notice before a price change applies to your next renewal.
- Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. or another third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card number. By paying, you also agree to the processor's terms.
- You authorize us and our processor to charge your payment method for all amounts due, including taxes where applicable.
- Promotional, email-only, or discounted prices apply only as stated and cannot be combined unless we say so.
- If a payment fails, we may retry the charge, and your access may be paused or removed until the balance is paid.
7. Subscriptions and automatic renewal
Live Signals and the Private Discord are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel.
- How to cancel: log in to the members area and open the Billing page, or email support@gatewayintodaytrading.com. You can cancel at any time.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until then, and you will not be charged again.
- To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before your renewal date.
- We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods or unused time, except as described in our Refund Policy or required by law.
8. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, most purchases are final. Please read the Refund Policy before buying.
9. Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you have a problem with a charge, contact us first at support@gatewayintodaytrading.com. Most issues, including duplicate charges and billing mistakes, can be fixed quickly without a dispute.
- You agree not to file a chargeback or payment dispute for a charge you authorized and for Services that were made available to you.
- If you file a dispute, we will immediately suspend your access to all Services while it is reviewed.
- We will respond to disputes with evidence, which may include your acceptance of these Terms at checkout, your purchase confirmation, IP addresses, device and login records, lesson viewing history, Discord or signal activity, and communications with you.
- If a dispute is resolved in our favor, or you file a dispute in bad faith, we may permanently terminate your account and refuse future purchases. You agree to reimburse us for any fees and reasonable costs we incur because of an improper chargeback, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Intellectual property and your license
All content in the Services, including videos, lessons, strategies, frameworks, chart markups, signals, text, graphics, logos, the "Gateway Into Day Trading" name, and the design of our website, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
When you purchase, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content you paid for, for your own personal education, while your access is active. You may not:
- Download, screen-record, copy, reproduce, or capture videos or other content, except as a feature of the Services allows;
- Share, post, resell, distribute, publish, or give away any content, signals, or Discord messages, including by forwarding signals to other groups or channels;
- Use our content to create a competing course, community, signal service, or product;
- Remove copyright or ownership notices; or
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access or copy the Services.
Violating this section is a material breach. We may terminate your access immediately without a refund and pursue all remedies available under the law, including damages and injunctive relief.
11. Live Signals terms
- Signals reflect the founder's own trading and judgment at the time. They may be sent late, not at all, or with errors, and markets can move before you receive or act on them.
- Delivery depends on third-party apps, networks, and devices (such as Discord, Telegram, text, or email). We are not responsible for delays, outages, or notifications you miss.
- Prices differ between brokers. US30 and other instruments can be quoted differently by different brokers and platforms, and spreads, slippage, fees, and execution speed will affect your results. Your fills will not match the founder's.
- We do not guarantee any number of signals in a given period. There may be days or weeks with few or no trades when conditions do not meet the founder's criteria.
- Past signals do not predict future signals. Any trade can lose money.
12. Community rules
To keep the Discord and any other community spaces useful and respectful, you agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, insult, or discriminate against anyone;
- Post spam, advertisements, referral or affiliate links, or promote other paid groups, signals, or services;
- Solicit members for money, investments, account management, or "funded account" schemes;
- Share illegal, obscene, or harmful content, or other people's private information;
- Impersonate the founder, moderators, or other members; or
- Share content from the community outside of it.
We may remove content and suspend or remove members who break these rules, at our discretion and without a refund. Other members' opinions are their own and are not endorsed by us.
13. Mentorship terms
- Mentorship is offered by application. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, and we may decline any application for any reason.
- The format, length, number of sessions, and duration of each mentorship will be described when you are accepted. Those details, together with these Terms, form your mentorship agreement.
- Sessions are scheduled at mutually agreed times. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule. A session missed without that notice may be counted as used.
- Mentorship includes the educational content described at acceptance. It does not include managing your account, trading on your behalf, or guaranteeing any outcome.
- We may end a mentorship early if you breach these Terms or behave abusively. In that case, no refund is owed for remaining sessions.
14. Content you submit
If you post messages, questions, trade screenshots, testimonials, or other content in the Services or send them to us, you keep ownership, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, and share it in connection with operating and promoting the Services. We will not publish your full name or identifying details alongside a testimonial or result without your permission. You confirm you have the right to share what you submit and that it does not violate anyone's rights.
15. Emails and text messages
By purchasing or signing up, you agree that we may contact you by email about your account, purchases, and the Services. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link.
If you provide your phone number and check the consent box, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Gateway Into Day Trading LLC at that number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your phone number.
16. Third-party services
The Services rely on and may link to third-party services, such as Stripe, Discord, video hosting, email providers, charting platforms, and brokers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their availability, content, security, or actions. Your use of them is governed by their own terms. We do not recommend or endorse any particular broker, and we are not paid to refer you to one unless we clearly say so.
17. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY CONTENT, STRATEGY, OR SIGNAL WILL RESULT IN PROFIT OR PREVENT LOSS.
18. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GATEWAY, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY TRADING OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN TOLD SUCH DAMAGES ARE POSSIBLE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THESE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
19. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Gateway and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your trading, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.
20. Dispute resolution, arbitration and class action waiver
Talk to us first. Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to email support@gatewayintodaytrading.com with a description of the issue and the outcome you want, and to give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally.
Binding arbitration. If we cannot resolve it informally, you and we agree that any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitration will take place in Miami-Dade County, Florida, or by video or phone if you prefer. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies, and either party may seek injunctive relief in court to stop infringement or misuse of intellectual property.
Class action waiver. You and we agree that claims may be brought only on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated, or representative action. The arbitrator may not combine claims of more than one person.
Opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@gatewayintodaytrading.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, with your name, the email on your account, and a statement that you opt out of arbitration.
21. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. For any matter not subject to arbitration, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
22. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, without notice or refund, if you breach these Terms, file an improper chargeback, share your account, misuse content, or act in a way that harms us or other members. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including those on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution, will survive.
23. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and for material changes we will make reasonable efforts to notify active members by email. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
24. General
- Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Risk Disclosure, and any mentorship acceptance details, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services.
- Severability: If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
- No waiver: Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
- Assignment: You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign ours, for example in a sale of the business.
- Force majeure: We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including outages of third-party platforms, internet failures, and market closures.
- Electronic records: You agree that clicking to accept these Terms and receiving notices electronically has the same effect as a signed writing.
